Executive Branch agency HUD forces Louisiana Gov. to assist low income households, plans released in APA 12.

State of Louisiana published Action Plan Amendment 12, the action plan required by HUD is to show proof the state will be assisting the Low to Moderate Income households as instructed by the Executive Branch Agency, Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Louisiana OCD-DRU finally offers HUD Housing Hardship as method to have SBA loan repaid.

OCD-DRU of Louisiana discussed with HUD hardship requirements. HUD presented the formula to LA OCD-DRU in 2019 and the state did nothing except publish an estimated number of households that they will assist. 200 of the 4,227 will see some assistance.

Landlords with non paying renters because of unemployment.

Multifamily rental units occupied by non paying renters of no fault of their own for the COVID-19 job loss they are experiencing. I am researching the option to assist landlords with mortgages based on number of units at fair market rates.
