Not only does the Director of the State of Louisiana OCD-DRU Patrick Forbes state that it will take HUD Guidance or Congress to pass law. He goes deeper into what he will spend it on if the $682 million isn't used for the SBA Fix. This was in APA 9 .

Our CTA refused to provide us with information to allow us to move forward in the program. I knew what we needed he refused to answer. We reported him to the state from the director to the Governor and nothing was done about it.

This comes after months of fighting between homeowners and their point of contact CTA at the IEM offices for recovery information. Many CTAs where told by management not to communicate with homeowners while others simply ignored the homeowner.

Awarded and accepted a Restore LA grant? You must close out on that grant with all required documents by July 31, 2019 or your grant award will be revoked and your recovery will end without federal assistance as ordered by state director Patrick Forbes.
