Request the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the state of Louisiana OCD-DRU Restore Homeowners Program Appeals Process.
I would like all appeal team members contact information and titles.
I also need the duties and responsibilities of Paul Roberts Solutions 2 Lead to include scope of work for a his role with Restore LA.
I specifically am looking for documented policy authorizing Paul Roberts and any person not involved in the Appeals Process the right to overturn appeal team determinations made by the Appeals Team.
